You Are Special – Part I

God had you on His mind when He created the heavens and the earth. He choose you before the foundation of the world that you should be holy and without blame before Him in love. He created you special and marked out a pathway filled with good works. His plan for you is a life of goodness through your union with Christ Jesus.

A Message from Germaine: From My Heart to Yours

A Message from Germaine: From My Heart to Yours

Never has there been a time when prayer is needed more than now! Every believer can learn biblical principles of prayer that brings you into harmony and agreement with God and others.

My latest book, 365 Days to a Prayer-Filled Life, offers inspiration and hope to anyone who will take the time to read the biblically-based devotions. Within the covers of this powerful book are testimonies of answered prayer from people who have experienced the love of God in desperate times. In a time and age where many have reduced prayer and God Himself to the “Great Vending Machine in the Sky,” I emphasize the primary goal of prayer—unbroken fellowship with the eternal God of heaven and earth.

365 Days to a Prayer-Filled Life will encourage you to dig deeper and gain a stronger understanding of the purpose of prayer. Biblical themes such as joy, unity, spiritual gifts, overcoming fear, the Holy Spirit, walking in love, and the power of words will strengthen your prayer life. Each day’s entry includes a biblically informed message, a Scripture-based prayer, and a suggested Bible reading.

For anyone who wonders if God’s Word and prayer can make a difference, and for those who long for a closer walk with God, 365 Days to a Prayer-Filled Life offers daily assurance that God loves you and wants to impact every area of your life. Enjoy His presence as you take the day-by-day prayer journey toward God’s heart. His promises are true…and His mercies are new every morning.

Power

Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask you to strengthen us with might by your Spirit. We receive your promise of the Holy Spirit– your power and ability. We ask for the fuller manifestation of the grace and energy of the blessed Spirit of God, in the removal of all that is contrary to your revealed will, so that we will not grieve the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, work in mightier power in the Church, for the exaltation of Christ and the blessings of souls. We need the power of the Holy Spirit working in our personal and business relationships. Amen. (Andrew Murray)

Spiritual Armor

In the name of Jesus, I arm myself with the full armor of God; armor, which God has supplied for me…the helmet of salvation…loins girded with truth…feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace…the shield of faith…and the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. With God’s armor on, I am able to stand up against all the strategies, deceits and fiery darts of the devil. I am more than a conqueror through him who loves me. Amen.
